All wagers accepted by betfirstclass.com are subject to the following rules.
General
- You must be at least 18 years of age to open a wagering account with BetFirstClass.
- Customers must not misrepresent themselves when providing information in the customer sign up form in order to establish a wagering account. BetFirstClass assumes the information provided by the account holder is accurate and cannot responsible for any type of misrepresentation by the account holder.
- BetFirstClass reserves the rights to cancel any wager made on a bad line or any wager placed after the start of the event being wagered on.
- BetFirstClass may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager made on its service.
- Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
- Any payoffs, regulations, and rules are subject to change and revision by BetFirstClass without prior written notice.
- All wagers and transactions are to be considered originating from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Persons residing in Costa Rica are prohibited from opening a wagering account with BetFirstClass.
- Maximum Payout on ANY wager is $40,000 or 200 to 1.
Wagering
- For all futures wagering (example, World Series Winner, Total Season Wins, ect.), the results as determined by the League Commissioner will also be declared the results for wager grading purposes except when the minimum number of games required for the futures wager to have "action" have not been completed.
- Maximum and minimum wager amounts on all sporting events are determined by BetFirstClass subject to change without prior notice. BetFirstClass reserves the right to adjust limits on player’s accounts at anytime.
- Please note that although many types of Exotic wagers are offered at BetFirstClass, these cannot be used in parlays and BetFirstClass’ wagering software is programmed to block parlays containing exotic wagers. However, in the event they do NOT they will be considered “NO ACTION” whether they WIN or LOSE
- READ BACK IS FINAL: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will read back the wagers. If the read back or confirmation is correct, the client must reconfirm the wagers. If the client confirms a read back where the clerk has made a mistake, the wager recoded in the read back is final. It is the responsibility of the client to correct any errors during the read back.
- If a player does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties it is the players responsibility to call back to receive confirmation of wagers.
- No claims on Internet made wagers.
- If wagering on Overtime, your wager is for the complete Overtime Period(s) and will usually be a Money line proposition.
- Clients Betting on Correlated parlays run the risk of having funds deducted from their account balances and BetFirstClass management reserves the right to void these wagers at their sole discretion on a case by case basis. If a customer chooses to place wagers on these types of parlays, they are doing so at their own
risk. This includes any NHL Parlays where the Puck line is correlated to the total (if 6 or less).
- BetFirstClass considers parlays to be correlated when the spread/line is equal to 30% (or more) than the total on a game and 25% (or more) on Halftimes.
- Money lines Over -400 will NOT count towards 6x Rollover Requirement.
- Regardless of the wagering limits imposed on individual accounts, all Live In- Game wagers will have a maximum of $1,000 per play.
- Under no circumstances will Internet posted wagers be deleted. All Internet wagers are Final.
Depositing / Withdrawing
- Clients that choose to waive their Bonus in lieu of no rollover please be aware BetFirstClass will pick up all incoming fees, but will access a $45 processing fee as well as cost to send the funds upon cashing out. This rule will also apply to credit accounts.
- Any agents requesting withdrawal from there agent account or credit players requesting withdrawals will be subject to $45 processing fee as well as fees for sending funds. Additionally, there may be a service fee applied to Book-to-Book transfers.
- BetFirstClass will reimburse fees that the customer incurs for all deposits of $500 or more and will offer one free withdrawal from each account per month (assuming that the initial deposit was a minimum of $500). If additional withdrawals are requested within the same month, a $45 processing fee will be charged plus the fees associated with transferring the funds to the customer. Contest winners will not be eligible for the free withdrawal out per calendar month.
- Customers sending funds via Moneybookers, please note BetFirstClass will fund your account only after Moneybookers confirms that the funds have been received and credited to BetFirstClass’ account. However, these transfers are subject to the service fees that BetFirstClass’ bank charges and while BetFirstClass does accept transfers from Moneybookers, we will only fund the amount that our bank funds.
- Please note rollover requirements on bonuses will depend on the account type. By accepting the bonus on your deposit you are accepting up to a 6x rollover on the full amount funded to the account. Free Play bonuses will have same 6x rollover requirement.
- Customers wishing to fund their account via a Book-to-Book Transfer trough BetCRIS, Bookmaker or BetPhoenix will not be assessed with a rollover requirement. All other Book-to-Book transfers will be subject to a 2x Rollover.
- If funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify BetFirstClass of the error without delay. Unless notified by BetFirstClass, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.
- Customers receiving "reduced" juice programs will be required to wait a minimum of 14 business days after making a deposit before requesting a withdrawal from their account. (These situations will be evaluated by BetFirstClass management on a case-by-case basis and withdraw fees will apply.)
- In response to many customers taking advantage of BetFirstClass’ fast, same day withdrawals, we have instituted a new policy in place. Customers will continue to be able to withdraw up to $2,999 per day but there will be a 14 business day waiting period from the date of the initial deposit, before obtaining a free, same day payout.
- Please Note, we offer one free withdrawal per every 30 calendar days
Scoring
- All wagers placed with BetFirstClass' service will be graded after the contest is final.
- Winner of any event will be determined on the date of the events final conclusion; BetFirstClass will not recognize protested games or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport.
- All BetFirstClass account holders are responsible for their own account transactions when wagering on the internet. Wagers should be carefully reviewed for any mistakes prior to being submitted through the wagering software. Once the transaction is complete, it cannot be revised. BetFirstClass will not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers.
- Professional and College football games are considered to be official after 55 minutes of play.
Agents
- All agent accounts will be subject to a $25 weekly maintenance charge for all accounts inactive per week of service.
- If any agent accounts are suspended due to negative balance, a $25 reactivation fee will be charged to their account.
Baseball
- With regard to MLB Length of Game, the game must go a 9 full innings (or 8.5 if home team winning) to be considered official and any rain delay in excess of 10 minutes AFTER the 1st pitch will result in “NO ACTION”.
- Due to many of the world baseball games having the 'Mercy" rule in effect, many games will not go the full 9 innings. Therefore if games are played 6 full innings, the totals will result in "ACTION".
Soccer
- When wagering on Soccer, please note only 90 minutes plus Injury Time is included for gambling purposes (Overtimes OR Penalty Kicks will not count with regard to wagering).
Horses
- Horse wagers will be paid track odds with a cap of $32.00, $16.00 and $8.00 meaning that the maximum pay-off on $2 ticket will be $32.00 for win $16.00 place and $8.00 show. 100:1 MAX payout all Exotics (Exactas, Trifectas, Daily Doubles, etc...)
- (Note scratches will result in some tracks NOT paying show tickets)
Tennis
- Two full sets must be completed without either player retiring or being disqualified for head-to-head matchup wagers to stand. Otherwise, wagers will be canceled and all money will be refunded.
- Wagers placed on matchups WILL have action even if the match is postponed due to weather and completed on a later date.
- Like other similar types of contests, you may wager on a player to win a tournament at fixed odds.
- Tournament wagers are considered "All-In." Refunds are not given if a player withdraws.
Free Plays
- Although we do NOT restrict Free Plays to only straight wagers, there will be a maximum payout of 4-1 (or +400) on ALL Free Plays given at BetFirstClass.
- Each customer can only be granted one Free Play per six month period. Any customer that might receive more than one Free Play within a six month period will be subject to losing any and all winnings that resulted from these Free Plays.
- Given Free Plays without deposits will result in a maximum cashout of $200 with a 14 day holding.
- All 15, 20 and 35 percent Free Plays will come with a standard 6x rollover.
- All 50 percent Free Plays will come with a 8x rollover.
Contests
- Note that each account is eligible for only one contest win per calendar year. If a 2nd or 3rd contest is won during the calendar year, the prize maybe forfeited.
Teasers
- Depending on Profile settings, 6 point Teasers may result in No-Action. However, ALL 10,12, & 13 point teasers that Include a Push will Result in a LOSS
